fixture is usually around 50%. That's why LED's win.
The luminous efficacy of these
T8's around 70-80 lumens per
watt is similar to fluorescents,
but LED's directionality means you actually deliver all that light to the work service or space with minimum glare.
Pins are 1/2 inch apart (centers) standard distance for a T8.
